Step 2 – Receive Return Instructions
You will receive the return address of our fulfillment partner. As a dropshipping business, returns may need to be sent to our international supplier warehouse.
Step 3 – Ship the Item
You must return the item at your own expense. This includes:

We strongly recommend using a shipping method with Track & Trace, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments without proof of delivery.

Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
5. Refunds
Once the returned item has been received at the designated return address and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

If an incorrect shipping address was entered, this must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, changes cannot be guaranteed.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence.
We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement or refund.
